We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidLine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

11. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
