Into your shop's own Stripe account, then out to your bank. BidLine never holds it.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes for Collect, since payments run through your own Stripe account. Pro uses the same Stripe setup for card and ACH. If you don't have one, you can create it inside BidLine during setup.

Does the 50% demo discount apply to annual plans?

Yes. On monthly plans you get 50% off your first month. On annual plans you get half of one month's price off: $4.50 on Collect or $99.50 on Pro.

Can I start on Collect and switch to Pro later?

Yes. Start with Collect while it's you and a helper, and move to Pro when you add crew and inventory.

What syncs to QuickBooks Online?

On both plans, each payment posts to QuickBooks Online as a sales receipt.
